Hi, this is Randall Hicks, adoption attorney, letting everyone know I have opened the Adult Adoption Center, in Santa Monica, to serve Los Angeles County and all of Southern California. As the name implies it demonstrates the sole purpose of doing adult adoptions. My Stepparent Adoption Center remains open and popular, focusing on stepparent adoptions. Those cases are now sent to a fellow adoption attorney / friend, as I now focus solely on adult adoption.
